Traci Simon is Jericho Road’s Director of Finance. As Director of Finance she ensures the positive financial outcomes and long-term financial health for the organizations. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance management. Prior to joining Jericho Road’s team, she served as Finance Director for Project Homecoming, Inc., a community development organization that focuses on affordable housing development. Before joining Project Homecoming, Inc., she served in several senior finance management and data analyst roles at Peoples Health and Disneyland. Traci also brings her experience as an Asset Manager with Edison Capital where she managed a portfolio of affordable multi-familyhousing units.
Traci holds a B.S. degree in Finance from California State University, Long Beach, and an MBA in management and finance from University of California, Los Angeles.
